Powered Sites

We have 4 powered sites available for hire - each with 6amp (1400watt) maximum current draw, suitable for refrigeration & lighting use.

Air-conditioners and any appliances over 1400 watt will overload the circuit breaker. PLEASE NOTE: To book a self-contained powered campsite you MUST bring your own camping toilet & shower & suitable enclosure. We do NOT allow bucket toilet bags to be placed into our dump point/bins or holes to be dug into the campground.

Unpowered sites

Each waterfront camp site has a 17 meter frontage and are 25 meters deep which is ideal for large groups and big rigs.

PLEASE NOTE: To book a self-contained campsite you MUST bring your own camping toilet & shower & suitable enclosure.

We do NOT allow bucket toilet bags to be placed into our dump point/bins or holes to be dug into the campground.

Private Ensuite Site

Private ensuite with hot shower, vacuum flush toilet, sink and 600 watt 240 volt power supply available for hire. Minimum 2 night hire, check out time is 10.00 am for the ensuite and 4.00 pm for camp site. Maximum 6 people. These units are portable and delivered and set up at your camp site.

 

Private Campsuite Site

Private enclosed 3 x 3 meter deck + ensuite with hot shower, vacuum flush toilet, sink, and a 1000W power supply available for hire.

Minimum 2 night hire, check out time is 10.00 am for the ensuite and 4.00 pm for camp site. Maximum 6 people. These units are portable and delivered and set up at your camp site.

Private Mini-Ensuite Site

Private mini ensuite with hot shower, portaloo toilet and small sink for hire.  Minimum 2 night hire, check out time is 10.00 am for the mini-ensuite and 4.00 pm for camp site. Maximum 6 people. These units are portable and delivered and set up at your camp site.

Private Toilet

We have 4 portable private toilets (portaloos). These units are portable and delivered and set up at your camp site.

Water

Non-potable bore water is available throughout the site and a rain water tank (located at the entrance of the campground) is available for filling drinking water containers.

Dump Point

A dump ezy unit is located at the entrance of the campground for disposal of chemical toilet cassettes and RV holding tanks.

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT allow bucket toilets or bags to be emptied into our dump point/bins.

Boat ramp

The campground is adjacent to the Rocky Point Road concrete boat ramp which offers easy access to the pristine estuary of Baffle Creek at all tides. Rocky Point Retreat is only a few kilometers away from the ocean and lovely unspoiled beaches, perfect for a beach stroll or a fish off the bank. Deep water access to the ocean offers the opportunity of deep sea fishing.

Designated Fire Pits

Small campfires are only permitted in fire drums (BYO or use one of ours) and must be extinguished with water when not in use. Bring your own fire wood or bring a chainsaw and cut it for free from our timber pile.
